As part of our classroom community unit, 2F students chose to host a BAKE SALE for their “group project”. The BAKE SALE will take place on Thursday, May 15th, from 8:30-11:00a.m. and 1:30-3:00p.m. All proceeds from the BAKE SALE will be donated to Naperville CARES. This organization provides resources to people within the Naperville community who need assistance to avoid homelessness and attain self-sufficiency. All Brookdale families and friends are invited to attend the BAKE SALE.
As an added bonus, the Rotary Club of Naperville Downtown has approved a my grant to match the funds we raise at this years bake sale, up to $1,000. This is amazing!
